Ms. Busadee Santipitaks, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, is the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to receive the award from Mr. Supachai Somcharoen, the second Vice-President of the Senate.<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span >.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span >The Public Diplomacy Award is designed to present annually to honor individuals, groups of people, and\/or organizations, who prominently conduct activities or projects that lead to enhancing friendship and understanding at people-to-people level among Thai people and the world. This Award was initiated by the former Vice Chairman of the Thailand Foundation\u2019s board and former Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Thani Thongphakdi in 2022. The awardee of the Public Diplomacy Award 2022 was Dr. Soontorn Antarasena, an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) doctor who has been addressing health challenges to over 70,000 people suffering from ear diseases and related disorders in over 80 cities, 10 countries, in the past 3 decades.<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span >.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r
