To understand Thailand more thoroughly, you have to slow down.

Train travel is more than transportation—it’s a window into the country’s landscapes, communities, and everyday life. Beyond its environmental benefits, rail tourism connects travelers to second- and third-tier destinations, helping spread opportunity and support local communities across Thailand. Most of all, trains highlight the human side of the journey —shared stories, food, and experiences along the way. Sometimes, the best way to know Thailand isn’t by flying fast, but by taking the slow train. The next Expatriate Orientation Program (EOP8) will be held on 29–30 April 2026.
