EOP6 (The Sixth Expatriate Orientation Program): Registration Details
The Thailand Foundation has the honour to inform the latter that we will organise the Sixth Expatriate Orientation Program (EOP6) on Wednesday, 19 – Thursday, 20 March 2025 at Vithes Samosorn Hall, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The sessions in the EOP6 are updated versions from previous EOPs. It will cover essential overviews on Thai values, culture, history, arts, economy, Buddhism, as well as lifestyles in Thailand. It will be conducted in English by prominent speakers who are experts in the selected fields. The sessions of the EOP6 and speakers are as follows:
- Prism of Thainess: Approaching Thai Society from the Perspective of Thai Values by Mr. Jonas Anderson
- Introducing Thai History by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dhiravat Na Pombejra
- Hidden Bangkok by Mr. Philip Cornwel-Smith
- Discovering the Four Regions of Thailand by Rails by Mr. Richard Barrow
- Thai Economy: Thriving in Global Uncertainties by Dr. Kirida Bhaopichitr
- Appreciating Arts Around You in Thailand by Prof. Dr. Apinan Poshyananda
- Buddhism in the Mindset and the Ways of Life of the Thai People by Dr. Phibul Choompolpaisal
- Finding Your Lifestyles in Thailand by Mr. Daniel Fraser
Orientation Fee
2,500 Baht per person (4 coffee breaks and 2 lunches)
